The office-based team oversee the external field force who provide full UK coverage. This comprises of regional supervisors and over 1,200 field interviewers. All interviewers are trained to work within the professional standards of the MRS, and carry photograph identity cards.

We also have a nationally based team of experienced qualitative recruiters for focus groups and depth interviewers.

Telephone Team

Our in-house telephone research centre team are responsible for maximising the effectiveness of business-to-business, international and consumer surveys as well as supervising a team of telephone researchers. All are fully trained in market research and telephone interviewing. They are responsible for selecting telephone researchers to work on projects depending on their skills and experience and provide a continual programme of coaching and mentoring to ensure a high quality output.

The telephone research centre team works closely with the executives on all projects, starting with a detailed briefing. All projects are tracked throughout the fieldwork period and executives are regularly updated regarding project status, ensuring that clients are kept fully informed.
