Interested in working at Swift? Great! Here's what you need to know.

Swift are looking for an experienced Data Processor / Survey Scripter to join our team. You'll play a part in shaping the future for this boutique market research agency as we embark on a period of strategic change.

Before we go into details, are you eligible to work in the UK and do you have a full UK driving licence? If you can meet these requirements for us, read on.

You are:

  • A Data Processor / Analyst or a Survey Scripter. You're experienced with data packages like Snap, SPSS, JMP, etc. or you can create surveys with scripting software such as Askia, Nebu or Confirmit. If you can do both – even better!
  • The type that gets stuff done. You identify with your work. You're restless without a project on your task list. You have a list of finished projects that you can look back on with pride.
  • A perfectionist with an eye for detail. Good is never good enough!
  • A lover of numbers! Maths and stats are your thing - you know your t-stats from your z-stats and when it comes to looking at data you can spot an anomaly a mile off!
  • A wizz with spreadsheets and databases. Whatever you don't know about MS Excel and /or Access isn't worth knowing.
  • Not one for the status quo. "That's the way we've always done it" isn't in your vocabulary. You constantly look for ways to innovate and make things better.

You will:

  • Script, test and manage complex surveys for web, phone and tablets (if you have an understanding of SQL / HTML / CSS/ jQuery that would be useful, but don't worry if not, we'll assist you in learning).
  • Analyse survey data; producing data maps, tables and statistical analysis to provide clients with the answers they need.
  • Plan and coordinate multiple projects. You will thrive working under pressure because working to tight deadlines doesn't phase you; multi-tasking is your thing.
  • Solve problems. You will have a keen eye for detail and relish the challenge of finding solutions.

We will:

  • Treat you like an adult. It's all about a healthy work-life balance. We'll trust you to get work done and take a break when you need it. (Hello, flexible working!)
  • Give you what you need. We'll supply the environment and tools for success, allowing you to focus on professional growth and career development.
  • Challenge you. You'll be surrounded by people equally committed to the company's success, allowing for constant collaboration.

We empower the people who work at Swift to make an impact. When you're in charge of making a difference, there's no limit to what you can do.
