In-home visits combine one on one time between a consumer and researcher with added insight into the home environment and the real life use of products and services. Many clients enjoy accompanying the researcher on an in-home visit, and some undertake the visit and interview directly, working with Swift to recruit participants, set out expectations and manage the appointment, incentives and communications.
