Swift Research are recruiting for a Sensory & Consumer Insights Researcher to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future for this boutique market research agency as we embark on a period of strategic change.

  • A sensory specialist. You're experienced and passionate about conducting research to help guide new product development. This will include running descriptive profiling panels, conducting Quantitative Descriptive Analysis and setting up a variety of consumer product tests.
  • Able to tell stories with your insights. You can communicate effectively to clients to relay your findings from your project work. You can suggest recommendations/improvements for future product development by upselling the service that Swift can offer to its clients.
  • Proactive. You don't just sit and wait for work to come your way, you actively seek new clients or projects and showcase Swift Research's facilities.

You Will...

  • Establish, manage and develop client relationships. Providing added-value consultancy for clients, & proactively looking to improve on client satisfaction
  • Plan and coordinate multiple projects. You will need strong time management and communication skills, managing a variety of projects, across multiple departments, ensuring deadlines are met, within budget and to quality standards.
  • Be flexible, and enjoy a challenge. Able to respond quickly & calmly to fast-changing situations;
